Project Brief
In partnership with Reed Education, Kirkpatrick Consult Limited designed, created the course materials and delivered a one-day in-house training course in Microsoft Excel 2010 for QBE.
As QBE were in the process of upgrading their Microsoft Office version to 2010, they wanted a course that would help their staff seemlessly migrate to the new versions of each application. Initially a discovery session was held to establish the content most relevant to the staff and then KCL did the rest.
