At Kirkpatrick Consult Limited, we believe that some of the best ideas and insights come when you’re moving.  Our Step-by-Step Coaching combines physical activity (usually walking in the forest) with meaningful, productive conversations, helping you or your team gain clarity and fresh perspectives while enjoying the benefits of being outdoors. 

This package is a 1 hour coaching session for 1 person.  (You can buy multiple hours by increasing the quantity above).

It is ideal for professionals or leaders seeking personal development, strategic insights, or career clarity and usually the sessions focus on leadership challenges, personal growth, or decision-making but can be tailored to whatever you need.  By the end of the session you will know what your next steps will be.

The location of the session is usually in Bellver Park in Palma de Mallorca (where the castle is) but we are happy to go to other suitable local locations as well.

 

We also offer outdoor coaching sessions for teams.  The price for this is dependant on team numbers and duration and as every team is different we prefer to have a quick chat about your requirements before proposing a suitable package for you.  You can send us a message here to let us know more about what you are after or you can book a time for us to have a meeting and discuss your requirements here.

Our Team Step-by-Step Coaching is a dynamic way to strengthen team dynamics, build collaboration or align on goals.  Sessions typically focus on team communication, brainstorming or strategic planning. We always start with a team briefing and then break up into pairs or small groups for reflective discussions.  We then regroup for collaborative exercises and takeaways.

We also offer Strengths-Based Step-by-Step Coaching.  This is a unique option that integrates Clifton Strengths into the walking experience.  The session focus is to understand and apply individual or team strengths to challenges and goals.
