Victor’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop with marketing. Spotting an opportunity in the world of travel, he co-founded Tripresale—a technology start-up transforming the way hotel bookings work. Tripresale gives control back to travellers, allowing them to resell non-refundable bookings and ensuring no trip goes to waste.
By democratising access to hotel stays, Tripresale brings a new level of innovation, reliability, and peace of mind to the world of hospitality. It’s a platform built on the idea that flexibility should come as standard, and Victor’s vision is to see Tripresale become a leader in the global hotel booking resale market.

Victor’s story is rooted in over two decades at Melia Hotels International, where he thrived on change, taking on new challenges every few years and gaining experience in IT, strategic purchasing, sales, and marketing. This breadth of expertise, combined with a drive for continuous learning, provided him with a unique perspective and the ability to lead diverse teams at a global scale.
From launching a website that generated over €400 million in sales, to building a programme marketing department from the ground up, to implementing complex purchasing solutions across five countries—Victor’s achievements all share a common theme: a passion for finding simple, effective answers to big business questions.

With an engineering degree, an MBA, and executive education from leading institutions, Victor continues to channel his curiosity and ambition into ventures that push boundaries. As CEO of The Route and CMO of Tripresale, his journey is far from over. The goal remains the same: to innovate, inspire, and make a lasting impact, project by project.

About Victor
He is a restless individual with a passion for challenges, always seeking to learn and create. He is motivated by transforming ideas into concrete realities. Currently, he is immersed in two different projects:
- CEO and co-founder at The Route: Digital Marketing Agency
- CMO and co-founder at Tripresale: Tourism technology startup
Upon reviewing his 20 years at Melia Hotels International, he realised that he had been changing projects every three years, always seeking new challenges. He has experience in diverse areas, including IT, Strategic Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, which, combined with continuous training, gives him a broad perspective on the company.
His adaptability and eagerness to learn have enabled him to lead three very different departments on a global scale. He has led key projects, including the launch of a website (with sales exceeding €400 million), the creation of a marketing department from scratch, and the implementation of a purchasing tool across five countries, managing purchases totalling over €200 million. These achievements reflect his ability to bring a fresh perspective and to find simple, effective solutions.
